"I've been attending Alison's classes for about a year now and the progress I've made is amazing.
I originally attended a physical class once a week but since lockdown have been 'tuning in' to her virtual classes via Zoom three times a week.
The benefits of yoga are phenomenal. I feel energised, am more flexible and my posture has vastly improved.
Through Alison's teaching and detailed instruction my once mis-aligned hip has now returned to its correct position and both my hips are now level.

“ I took up Iyengar yoga over three years ago at the I Yoga Studio and started classes with Alison there about 2 years ago. Like all Iyengar teachers she has undergone a rigorous training and I have always found her classes enjoyable and varied. Since the onset of Covid-19 I have taken up her on-line classes, which are actually more convenient than the physical classes and Alison offers the option of recording lessons I cannot ‘attend’ in real time.
The physical and psychological benefits of yoga are remarkable and I would recommend Alison’s classes without reservation. The classes are suitable for any level of fitness, the aim being to learn about one’s own body (and mind), rather than competing with anyone else."
